Carlsbad United Hockey
As a proud member of the ADHSHL, our goal is to provide our players and families with a great hockey experience. Playing in the league offers its players a festive high-school type sports environment very similar to what high school football, basketball and baseball athletes in Southern California have enjoyed for decades. As the sport of ice hockey grows on the West Coast, the ADHSHL has provided a means for any level player to play high school ice hockey.

Roster : 13- 20 skaters, 1-2 goalies

Program : 24 weeks of 2 on ice practices per week
Start Date: The Week of August 19th
End Date: Mid- February
Blackout dates: (no practices) * select dates during holiday weeks

Travel: All local in Southern California
Tournaments :
- Labor Day and Thanksgiving
Uniforms: All jerseys and apparel are to be ordered through the Icetown pro shop and are not included in the dues.

Virtual Signing Process
After tryout or signing date each player will register online at www.carlsbadunitedhockey.com for the 2024-2025 season.
LEAGUE PLAYER REGISTRATION:
The ADHSHL will provide detailed information on how to register to the particular ADHSHL team at www.adhshl.com

PLAYER REGISTRATION for 2024-25 ADHSHL teams will open on June 17th. The registration site can be accessed from the Player registration link on the home page of the ADHSHL website.
ADHSHL PLAYER REGISTRATION
This is the same registration site that was used in 2023-24 so parents should use the same account that they created last season. New players to the league will need to have their parents create a customer account in Active Network and add the player as a member of that account. Once that is done, they can proceed to registration.
The following is needed for the parents to complete the player registration

Player should be added as a member of the account

PLAYER REGISTRATION DEADLINE - JULY 10TH
TEAM STAFF REGISTRATION for all coaches, managers, locker room monitors, and other adult volunteers is open now and can be accessed from the Team Staff Registration & Volunteer Registration and Requirements Link on the homepage of the ADHSHL website.
ADHSHL TEAM STAFF REGISTRATION
Staff and volunteers must have a 2024-25 USA Hockey confirmation number to complete the Team Staff Registration
STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS MUST BE REGISTERED AND CURRENT ON ALL REQUIREMENTS BEFORE PARTICIPATION - you can find those requirements through the registration link on the home page of the ADHSHL website.
PLEASE NOTE: The staff registration site is separate from the player registration site. Please do not register your staff on the player site. Only those players and staff who have completed registration will be added to the official rosters.
